51 mile run on the bosque. Committed the cardinal sin of running...ran a long run in a new pair of shoes. Feet are hurting like hell on Monday morning. Also, didn't wear the C.S. inserts and that seems to have made the run even more uncomfortable than it should have been. I'll know better for next time.
